What’s your policy on returns and exchanges?Updated 2 years ago

If you are not fully satisfied with your Pikas, we will provide you with an exchange or credit. Please note exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn and unwashed. 

To do an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] and include your order number. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will send out your replacement package right away. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us but we will cover the cost to ship out the replacement package.

All sale items are final sale. We do not provide refunds.
