What to do if a product received is damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Please send us a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

How quickly are orders fulfilled?

If your order is placed before 1pm on a business day, we will aim to ship it out by the next business day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Mondays.
